Welcome to Tandem Lash Society, founded by two beauty besties with a passion for lashes and brows. We’ve teamed up to bring you expert services, premium products, and a luxury salon experience - all in a space designed for beauty and confidence. A few quick updates before your next visit: • Arrival: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. As a micro salon, this time between clients allows us to reset and prepare for your appointment. • Lash Extensions: We are no longer accepting outside salon transfers. All new lash extension appointments will require a removal and full set to maintain our standard. • Cancellation Policy: 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Anything less than 48 hours will result in a 50% fee. No shows / No calls will result in a 100% fee. - Please call or text the salon for cancellations and reschedules. Do not email! • Same-day service changes or appointment downgrades may be subject to the original service charge. Cancellation Policy
Upon booking a card is required in order to confirm your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the service cost. All no shows will be charged 100%. Only call or text if needing to reschedule or cancel.
We ask that clients to arrive promptly to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced and rescheduled.
More than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and a 50% fee will be collected.
